My experience with Dr. Quinton was wonderful. She was so interested in myself as a patient and took the time to listen to all my concerns about the decision for treatment. She ran a little late but she was worth waiting for an took more than my alloted time with me. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me in this extremely hard time. All the staff at the clinic were very helpful to my questions after my appointment.

Dr. Quinton was a wonderful resource through my journey. Her bedside manner was impeccable and she took the time to write things down for me for all my questions. She ran a bit late but took whatever time I needed to answer my questions so I understand if she does that with all her patients she will be late! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Literally left the room as I was asking her questions about my cancer medication. Does not care about our time, kept me waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours and didn’t even apologize for that. When I expressed concerns to my family doctor, she yelled at my doctor too. Whatever you do, avoid this unsympathetic, uninterested doctor who truly does not care about her patients.

I dealt with her for 1-2 years going through my cancer. She was so kind and helpful and understanding
of what I was going through. Always called me back when I was needing information or just worried.
I am greatful for all that she has done for me and got me through. I am now 5 years on remission and am forever greatful to her.
Keep up the great work that you do!!!!

I do not appreciate being glared at and told that the cancer was my fault. I really hope I'm able to be assigned another doctor because I don't ever want to see her again.

She is terrible doctor. No empathy. If you happen to be upset because there was a delay in your diagnosis .due. mamogram being reported normal and your family doctor not telling you that you have a lump in your Brest Such a past medical history Dr Quinton does not want to hear . I highly suggest if you do go to her request her report Her reports do not reflect what was being said and what she said during the appointment.
Her report involve no past medical history she does not want to come t on wrongly reported normal mamogram. What she does she lies by saying that she does not have access to the mammogram. Mamogram report was n the computer a click away.
For her is normal that cancer pt are waiting for surgery 4 months .
When you tell her all of that thinking you telling your oncologist the most important things . She makes a full out of you telling you that you need a social worker and someone to talk to . On reports she makes up diagnosis that are not under her specialty that by the way she does not share with you. When system and doctors make mistakes Dr Quinton makes sure the patient has mental health diagnosis to defend the system and the doctors she does not even know . Chemo. Therapy has life threatening side effects. For her chemo is like an asapirin. She does not have the ear about your concerns as a patient.
If you do go to her asks for her reports .
I would not recommend her at all. Last thing a cancer patient need is a doctor like her. It’s very traumatic to be in her care on top of diagnosis that you dealing with.

I'm surprised of some of the reviews that are on here in regards to Dr. Quinton. In my opinion she is FANTASTIC! and I am extremely happy to have her on board with my moms treatment. She is extremely knowledgably, patient, kind and honest. She is factual and explains things in detail. Up until we met with Dr. Quinton, we had so many questions and to be honest, we were very confused. She took the time to ensure that we understood the diagnosis. She explained in detail what the treatment options would be and what elements would help us make the best decisions, together. I really like her and I am happy that under these circumstances our paths have crossed. Her nurse Dale is also just as amazing, very welcoming and kind. Before meeting Dr Quinton and nurse Dale I myself was extremely stress. After meeting them I feel a lot better! and know we are in great hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Quinton especially if you are looking for great care and an honest opinion.

I am actually shocked at some of the reviews I have read about how terrible Dr. Quinton was. She was wonderful with my mother. Very caring, very compassionate and although my moms diagnosis was not great she made my mother feel safe and cared for. With us, the family, she was very open and forthcoming and took the time to explain everything and was very quick at taking action. When my mother did pass away, she called me after the fact (day of the funeral) and was very sincere in her condolences and had said had she had not been working (as it was over the weekend) or she would have come to the visitation. She was only my moms doc for less than a year but made a huge impression.

Dr. Cindy Quinton was my husbands oncologist. Credit Valley Hospital.
She was arrogant, sarcastic and uncaring. Insulting to say the least very cruel. She did not do everything that could be possibly done? She had a higher than thou attitude. I would not recommend her to cancer patients who are already suffering. Compassion and empathy goes a long way. I guess her Dr’s degree went straight to her head.
