had to write another post because for some reason the one I just posted shows up as 2.5 stars - I did not do that and at this point would not give her a star.. Dr. H had been my Dr for many years and I always thought very highly of her - usually just 1 visit per year to be honest. I had cancelled quite a few appts with her because I thought the appts were for a procedure to be done at St. B., and I needed someone to accompany me and I didn't have anyone at the time that was able to accompany me. Anyway I did go to the last appt I had with her and thought everything was fine - no mention was made by her of the procedure that had been mentioned. Anyway she then proceeded to go to where my family doctor is and really and truly did a number on me and I for the life of me do not know why - I have attempted to get an appt to meet with her to ask her about this but of course I cannot get in. Very very disappointed in her to be very honest and by her actions it is going to be next to impossible for me to find another urologist. If she had an issue with me and I honestly do not know why she would have - I really don't say much at all and thank her and I leave - but for some reason she has decided that I will be the victim of the month. I am beyond disappointed - had made 2 appts with her to discuss what her issue was with me but they both were cancelled - so she's pretty brave when she's running around talking behind people's backs but obv. she cannot even face me to tell me what she thinks the problem is. Always liked her very much, never over stayed any appts ever as I am always aware that other ppl are waiting to see her so I do not know what made her decide that she was going to try and make my life miserable. Very very disappointed in her very disappointed..So beware be very aware because obviously as I have discovered- after her being my Dr., for many years - what you see with her is DEFINITELY NOT what you may get. Very very disappointed in her and I will never ever ever see her again - always thought very highly of her but she sure tried to pull a fast one on me - have lost any and all respect I may have had for her. I had cancelled several appts in a row because I thought they were for a procedure I was going to have - cancelled because I didn't have anyone to accompany me - when that situation changed I wanted to make the appt because I obv. needed to have that procedure done (or did I really) - anyway I will never ever ever go to see her ever again and will never forgive her for being so horribly underhanded with me...never. Would rather do without a Dr. of her caliber (??) than go back to her...very disappointed as she had been my Dr. for years but I only saw her probably 1 timea a year but recently she has proved to me who and what she is..and it is not the Dr. I thought she was..

Had been a patient of Dr. Hildebrand's for years but for some reason she came to where I go for my regular B12 shots etc., and really did a number on me...of course I don't know what she said about me but now Dr. H will not even give me an appt to see her. My last appt with her was fine as far as I knew but she has done and definitely tried her best to make my life miserable. Very very disappointed in her to be very honest - have never shown her anything but respect and appreciation, but for her to go to my 'regular' Doctor and do her best to put me in a horrid light absolutely sickens me. I do not know what she has said to them and wouldn't even ask but now she will not even take my phone calls - have tried to schedule an appt with her to try to find out what she has been saying about me behind my back and they - her staff- won't honour my appointments. Very disappointing to say the least as i had been a patient of hers for years - but she sure as hell has done her best to try and make me look as incompetent as she could.

Have been a patient of Dr. Hildebrand's for years now and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever other than lately I cannot get in touch with her - she is a great doctor though from anything I have seen. Only wish someone would answer the phone.

I had a TURP procedure performed by Dr Hildebrand. Very satisfied with the outcome. She and her assistant Jen are excellent to deal with.

My mother in law saw Dr Hildebrand. When she was done meeting with her she asked who brought her to the appointment. Rather than explaining what she found to my mother in law she went to the waiting room and explained it all to the person that accompanied her instead. Didn’t ask for permission to do this and didn’t explain any of it to my mother in law.

After waiting for almost a year to see her, she proposed a surgery, in the hospital I found out that she asked someone else to do it for me, surgery was not done properly and since then I am suffering, went to her clinic but they refused to do a follow up appointment. I am not the same anymore.

Yes, there are long waits to get into see Dr. Hildebrand. That's our medical system, not her fault. I am so happy with the care I received from Dr. Hildebrand. She worked with me to try several things before we found something that worked. I can honestly say that the treatment option she recommended has changed my life. I finally feel "normal" after 20+ years of ongoing issues. She is compassionate, understanding, and does not rush through appointments. If something isn't working she truly wants to help find the right solution. Couldn't be happier with the care I've received at her office.
