The staff employed at the front for Campbell medical group are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Countless number of times they have left medical documentation unattended and are exceptionally rude to deal with.

Dr. Robbins is fantastic, however the front staff make myself and many others want a new doctor

Dr Robbins is an amazing & caring family doctor. My mom & I go to see him. As my mom has gotten sicker I’m obviously calling more go get her seen. His receptionist Lisa on the other hand is very abrasive & ill fitted for this job. She gets extremely angry & curt when you try to plead your case to be seen. We are not unkind people , we ask in a respectful manor of course. She made my mom cry the last time she called and made her feel bad for calling

I have been seeing Dr. Robbins for years and he is truly the best. He is so kind and genuine, makes everybody feel so welcomed. He feels like a good friend and I feel very comfortable sharing with him. He is seen by my whole family and they all adore him. The staff is very kind as well, the only downside is the appointments are often behind schedule but I simply budget for that and think it is worth it.

I wish that he was still in Lockeport NS because we will never have another doctor like him. He was the best. When he had his practice here he took ever well care of my family. Miss him

One of the best G.P.'s in St. John's. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind and down to earth. Treats you like an old friend! He's been my family's doctor since he started practicing at Campbell Medical Clinic and now is even my grand-children's doctor. The proof of how good a doctor is, is when he treats three generations of family members who would never even consider changing doctors...love, admire and totally trust this man! He is definitely one of the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Robbins for about a decade, and have always been pleased with my care. He always takes my concerns seriously, and when I went through a tough time medically a few years ago, we was patient and helped when I had adverse reactions to some of the medication. He also encouraged other treatments that worked for me, such as acupuncture.
Very friendly, helpful, and caring. And his staff are always wonderful.
