Do not go to this Dr. place. Billing dept is pathetic. They will first tell you that Dr is in network but when they bill you they will reap you off as they bill you out of Network with most insurance.

Gotta love this one - I called because I wanted a female doctor close to home. Prema Prasad fit the bill on paper. Called to ask: Are you accepting new patients? Yes I'd like to schedule an appt for a physical. "She's not scheduling physicals because she is the only doctor and has to see patients for other reasons. We'll call you when she has an opening". When will that be - in a day, a month, 6 months? "We have no idea - we'll call you." I need some sort of an idea so I know if I should wait or find another Dr. "Well I can't give you a timeframe".I asked to speak to a higher up about how the office is being presented and she didn't seem to concerned at all. Guess I dodged a bullet on this one. BEWARE - if you want to be completely dissed when trying to give someone business -this is the doctor for you. PS - No punctuality rating but no N/A option offered - although I guess if she can't offer an appointment time - punctuality would have to receive a 1 along with all the rest.

This doctor has simply no bedside manners, she is very abrupt and half the time does not respond to your questions, as if you are asking some stupid questions, very condensing attitude. The staff is much more worse than her, was giving my spouse and child dirty looks because they were occupying seats in the small waiting room. Their clinic is very dirty and disorganized. My medical reports were provided very late, and after many calls to their office.This doctor should relocate to India as she hasn't adapted to the etiquette and manners of our beautiful country. I just wonder how she was able to acquire a medical licence in this country. I wish the representative of the State Licensing Board should make a secret visit to this office and take action.

I think Dr. Prasad is an amazing, wonderful doctor. When you get past the things that are out of her control like the long waits and the questionable personalities of some of her staff members, you find yourself in the hands of a very knowledgeable and capable doctor. I recommend her to all my family members, because I trust her with my health.

Absolute disaster! Held up my immigration health records for no reason.staff is an absolute disaster and very abnoxious, especially the doctor's husband. A money mill to be sure. Hope they get kicked out of new jersey. Disgraceful oriole

Today was my first visit to this filthy "urgent care". I have ins & they did not issue me a card but gave me I'd# and group #. I showed up & filled out 8 pages of paperwork before handing it into be seen by dr. The lazy moronic receptionist PAULA said that she could not verify my ins w/o a card. I know this to be false because I also work in a dr office. To please this lazy idiot and do her job for her I called the ins company and had them on the phone for her to speak with so they could confirm my coverage. She declined speaking w/ them declined looking my coverage up online and basically declined anything related to her having to do anything besides being a slug. By this point I already wasted time and simply decided to go elsewhere & asked for my paperwork back w/ health history &ss#. Paula & some indian man (dr husband) refused to give me my paperwork or shread it. I am appalled at the treatment I recieved as a new pt and am in the process of reporting them to the boards. AVOID!!

The receptionist Lara is incompetent, arrogant and has no compassion and has attitude with patients. She should not be working in ANY health care facility. Did not send fax with medical prescriptions causing patient not to have medication that was prescribed and supposedly faxed by her. Lara refuses to take message to have doctor or office manager return the patient calls . Never believe they will fax your prescriptions to your pharmacy, and never leave without the original prescription in your hand. Lara also abuses patient privacy laws asking for patient personal information in front of other patients.

Anybody looking for a civil surgeon - Immigration doctor, do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else even if you have to drive a bit further. No courtesy, does not follow up and changes her words every time we saw her. My wife and I have wasted hours waiting, hundreds of dollars on tests and after two months still waiting for the paperwork.

The worst, most unprofessional, unethical staff and doctor. Never even received a bill but still got sent to collections. I called to discuss this with Dr Prasad's biller, and she hung up on me when I pointed out what a scam this place was and how dishonest they were. I called again and left a message for the doctor. She never called me back because they never (conveniently) gave her my message. I then Fed Ex'd a letter to the doctor asking her to call me so we could discuss. Instead I got a call from her husband who wouldn't hear my side of the story and negotiated with me a dollar amount for me to send so that they would no longer send me to collections. Uh, hello?? They never sent me a bill! When I told the husband this he never acknowledged that. Completely dishonest and unethical. How do you send people to collections when you never even billed them. Stay away from this place unless you want to have your credit unjustifiably ruined!!

Dr. Prasad is an amazing doctor. Been seeing the doc for over 3 years and has treated me for everything from the flu to infections and is always a professional and really nice. Staff is great too, know me by name and always have a smile on their face. Love my doc!
