We took our daughter to Dr. Lee when she developed a goiter and was SO sick. He immediately set about doing a biopsy, several thyroid studies, and when the results came in, determined that she had to have her thyroid removed. He did the surgery. The complications from the surgery can be nasty. Our daughter was well taken care of. There were no complications. Dr Lee was so careful, and so incredibly skilled and so compassionate; we will never be able to repay him for helping her. I would send anyone to him, anyone. He is in addition a lovely man, with a gentle demeanor. His surgical residents were wonderful to our daughter, and she had nothing but praise for OR staff---and she had been terrified of having surgery. Dr Lee followed her medically for at least 2 years before transferring her care to an internist. He was great.
