I was given a thorough exam, however her performance was overshadowed by the lack of customer service with the billing dept. (3 hrs. on phone).
Be aware: I have cataracts so went to New View Eye Center for an annual exam expecting to pay a $10.00 copay as I have vision insurance. NO...due to having an eye issue they billed my medical insurance (Medicare). I received a bill from this company for the Medicare Approved Amt. which was $189.38. Fortunately, my 2nd medical insurance (Tricare) paid the bill.
