I am absolutely disgusted with the staff at this facility. They had no problem cutting on my daughters eyes, or have no problem keeping us waiting for an hour prior to seeing the doctor but if we have a broken down vehicle and have someone else take her that isn't familiar with their location and happen to be 15 minutes late they won't see her.
They had my mother and daughter wait there for 15 minutes, called her up, located her chart, had them sit down and then a minute later let them know that they will not be seeing her. Mind you the office is completely empty....hmmmm I guess getting off work early on a Friday is more important than making sure a 9 year old's eye are okay after having both of them cut on....I see were their priorities lie.
