I have the pleasure of having Dr. Kathiravelu as my physician, and I must say, she truly partners with her patients in their health care journey. Each time I visit, she gives me her undivided attention, ensuring no question goes unanswered and no concern is overlooked.

What's equally impressive is her ability to make you feel unrushed, a rarity today. She genuinely listens, validating my concerns, and collaborates with me to find the best solutions for my health.

I also want to commend the staff who have consistently been supportive, efficient, and kind. They create an environment that is welcoming and professional, making each visit a positive experience.

After our doctor retired, Dr. Kathiravelu took over his practice. My family and I feel so lucky to have Dr. Kathiravelu as our family doctor. She is kind and compassionate and always takes time to listen to any concerns. She never makes me feel as though an concern I have about my health - or my children's health - are too small. She takes time in each appointment to ensure she has all of the information in order to make a diagnosis. She and her staff are lovely to deal with.

I used to live in Peterborough but moved to the Tweed area. Due to the doctor shortage, I didn't want to get rid of my doctor and was willing to commute the 1.5hrs to keep my doctor. Shortly after moving, my doctor retired but I was told that I could stay with the new doctor, Dr. Kathiravelu. I opted to stay on with the new doctor and I do not regret it in the least. As a former nurse, I can say that Dr. Kathiravelu is an absolutely fantastic doctor! I've dealt with many doctors, some that I would never let touch me but that's certainly not the case with Dr. Kathiravelu. She genuinely cares about her patients, she ensures they receive proper care and she's not afraid to admit that something is out of her scope of practice and find you a specialist that can care for you appropriately. She listens to her patients and doesn't judge them and she won't hesitate to call you herself, just to see how you're doing. She's phenomenal and if you're lucky enough to have her as a doctor, you will not be disappointed!

Her predecessor Dr. John Goodge was a great Dr. And I feel She has stepped up to the plate to follow in his footsteps. She’s very prompt, kind and compassionate and she’s she cares for her patients.
