Was very rude and disrespectful. Was NOT prepared to discuss the results of the test, insisting the test wasn't done, which it was, but would not take the time to find the results on file. Argued that it didn't exist. On the way out the secretary was able to find it on file. And then re-booked a month later and on more bloodwork and x-rays. Feels like a scam to bill OHIP x2 and still get nowhere.

If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star. This doctor needs to have her license revoked. Highly unprofessional rude and extremely intimidating doctor. Opening her fort for all the patients to hear my personal health concerns . Dismissive and disrespectfully replying to my health concerns with no knowledge of interpersonal skills or communication ethics. Barely able to provide a reasonable response to my concerns! I am going to file a report and complain with college of doctors and go to every social media to post about her condescending tone!

This Dr should have her license revoked. No knowledge of up to date info from the last 20 years. She is rude, dismissive, impatient, and entirely unhelpful. Does not take the time to talk through things, does not listen to your explanations, clearly has no idea what any recent research shows. Why become a Dr if you don't care about people? Do not go to her if you have any other option at all.

As others have said she's never on time, but honestly if you're a competent doctor I can deal with that.

Her receptionist is very kind. I feel bad for her,

one of the worst doctor dr rola zamel, she can stop your medication but cant prescribe it ,she go to your family doctor, dont listen to you too much but making decision how much insulin to take guess her way , idont recommend no one to her

Literally the worst specialist I have ever seen - leave the office crying almost every visit, because she is so rude & dismissive. After 9 months of treatment, I had to ask what she actually was diagnosing me with - and then she treated me like I was an idiot for asking. Always late (regularly 1 hour.) Her office admin is curt, but I can't imagine how Dr. Zamel treats her, so have taken it with a grain of salt.

This is the worst specialist appointment I’ve ever had. Extremely rude and condescending the entire visit. I am an adult and she treated me like I was a child who needed things explained to them. I waited for months for this appointment mainly because I wanted GAD antibodies testing done because something wasn’t right and she asked my height and weight and she responded with “you’re type 2 but if you want to waste your money on that test then go ahead” then she proceeds to tell me I need to arrange to get my optometrist records sent to her… I will not be seeing Dr. Zamel again.

Also as it’s been stated in many of these reviews I’m not one to bash people but it needs to be known because our medical teams should be working for us not the other way around.

I’ve never had such a humiliating experience with a healthcare professional in my entire life. Disgusting personality. I will be taking this further. No one should have to go see this vile human being in there most vulnerable state of being ill.
