This Dr. was seemed good when we saw him about a year ago. He appeared to be so kind, caring, sincere. Well, not so fast. Since then, my fiancé, Dr. Gollomp's patient, has been suffering terribly and was advised to see a Neurologist at once. I called several times to get an appointment....all to no avail. It took them over a week to get back to me after leaving my first message. Then more calls to them.....they kept telling me they had my fiancé on a waiting list and would let me know if they could see him. Really? What about an emergency protocol for really sick patients who need to be seen at once? I used to work for top notch Drs. and we always had a protocol for this....it's unheard of not to. His staff is uncaring, cold and aloof.....they're like brick walls protecting the king. I was told today the Dr. advised me (through one of his staff) to find another Neurologist since they couldn't fit us in! I was speechless, shocked! So we did....we're being seen by another top notch Dr. who IS willing to fit a sick, ailing human being into his, too, busy, jammed packed schedule.....within days. I don't care how good ANY Dr. is, this kind of flippant attitude, obnoxious staff and unprofessionalism is absolutely a deal breaker for me. Sorry, no five star review here!

Staff was incredibly rude and did a terrible job of explaining what I need to do to continue receiving my epilepsy medication. As if moving wasn't stressful enough, now I have to spend hours on the phone with doctors' offices with surly receptionists who don't want to give you the time of day. Glad I'm done this office.
