I had very low expectations from G.Ps until i left and went under a different doctor. You have to tell her the problem and even the diagnostic. I am glad i left under her. She is nice but you need a doctor who can cure you rather than one who talks nice.

One of the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctors in this town. You don't usually find many doctors in Toronto that have that human touch while chatting with you. She is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Singh is personable, knowledgeable and generally cares that patients get the care or referrals they need. Getting thorough to reception was a challenge in the past but much better recently.

Great, respectful doctor. Truly terrible reception. It feels like you have to jump through hoops just to see the doctor. As lots of requests for subscription services and they will guilt you if you go to a walk in. But with the inability to make an appointment I don't know what they expect.

I love going to see Dr. Singh, her receptionist is very polite, I don't have to wait too long to be seen, and I feel very comfortable to speak with my doctor. I would reccommed her to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Her receptionist is extremely rude. She is not too bad but I have had way more knowledgeable physicians who have helped me more efficiently. She needs to help her receptionist first.

I'll never recommend my friends to this place, even if there are no doctors available.Knowledge is Terrible. She thinks the patients are stupid and talks to you keeping that in mind. I recently went to her Sherbourne clinic and I was told everything was fine without proper diagnosis. She was not even patient enough to hear me out on my pains. Luckily, I visited an urgent walk in clinic ,the doc diagnosed the issue and found the root cause. The same was confirmed through some of the tests as well. Thank God, I'm fine now. Had I believed Ms.Shayna, things would have gotten really ugly.
So, My advice to you all is to consult a better doctor.

This practice is all about the money. Call in for a prescription refill, it will cost you. Go to a walk in clinic, get lectured because money comes out of the “doctors pocket” and the receptionist will call and lecture you because they keep track of what you do. Health doesn’t seem to matter if money is on the line. Either be prepared to be lectured or be on an expensive plan you may not be able to afford or need to avoid expenses.

I don’t understand how you can support your staff being rude to your clients, especially those coming in with serious health issues. The receptionist has a very poor attitude and if you say you might be a few minutes late she doesn’t take the fact that life happens causing you to be late into consideration. Getting an appointment with this doctor becomes an absoutlusty ridiculous game. I arrived early once and was told rudely I would have to wait till my appointment time like I was expected to be seen early because I was 5 min early. If you arrive a few minutes late you dirupt the doctors schedule. You also have to be asked to have tests done which I find ridiculous. I once had a virus and was told it was nothing, no tests done. I ended up at a walk in clinic 2 days later where the doctor made me do a test and turns out I had a virus. Under her you are not allowed to go to walk in clinics frequently, but with this kind of service I don’t know what you could expect from your patients.
