I've been seeing Dr. Assad at the Sunnybrook skin clinic for over a year now and I just think she's excellent. I've surprised by the reviews here as they haven't been my experience at all. Maybe she comes across as somewhat abrupt because she just truly knows what she's talking about. She is really the best. The clinic she works out of is always quite busy, but to me, she is worth it.

I went to this doctor quite a few yrs ago, but I will never forget her. NOt in a good way. Maybe she is good since the waiting room was packed. I went to her for my acne. I waited nearly 2 hrs to see her only for her to see me in less than 5 minutes and say condescendingly that my acne is not as bad as other peoples. I did not come in for a comparison, I came in for help. Who knows maybe she has changed over the years, now that people can write honest reviews about their experiences.

Very knowledgable clinician and is also a skin pathologist. Can be a bit abrupt at times and the other times she is sweet and patient. Works in a team of professionals.
