Very careless dr . I have alot of issues and have been bleeding for more than 6 month with severe cramps and she told me it is normal!!! Seriouly. I am not a dr and I know that continous bleeding with massive cloths is not normal. no resolution give . I think she is there just to get easy money. she was also very late to my appointment .

My appointment was booked at 2:00pm however, Dr Jenny Ho was 20 minutes late. She came across as very rude and business like. I didn't feel welcome at all. During our consultation, she asked me questions and I answered them however, when I asked her about the fees for the procedure she said "it will be very high". That is not particularly helpful (a general quote would've been of assistance since I don't have health insurance and would like to plan ahead).

Dr Ho said she checked my ultrasounds and could see nothing wrong with them. I asked her which ones she looked at. She shrugged her shoulders and bluntly said the ones from 2013-2019. I felt like at this point she didn't want to assist anymore. It's very disappointing when you're paying a high fee to see her and she treats you like that.

Dr Ho's manners is not very professional and I would not recommend her to anyone.

My experience with Dr Jenny ho was lovely she was patient , kind and extremely helpful I saw her due to my doctor being on leave and could not have asked for a better doctor my pregnancy is going well and cannot wait to see her in the near future

I have been through two pregnancies, Dr Ho is knowledgeable and able to support me through my monthly check ups and than weekly check up and to delivery. She was there for me when I was in final moment labour to give birth, and in the early hours at 2:30am and late night at 9pm. The after care, she follow up visit at the hospital every evening for my 5 day stay both times.

Extremely unhelpful and rude. Went to her with suspected PCOS and was told a) I should not put on any more weight (even though I am slim and size 8) and b) I needed to have children within the year as I was getting too old and soon won't be able to carry children (I am 27). When told I wasn't in a position to have children (I was back living at home and without a partner) she said "there will never be a good time, you need to just do it." Will never see her again

Knowledgeable doctor, but quite brisk and business-like. I didn't feel welcome or that she was particularly friendly - I guess she could just be a very professional person, but I won't be returning.

I agree I found her rude and unhelpful. She spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her and before I knew it she is waiting at the door ready for me to leave! I think it is important to see someone who genuinely cares for you and want to help. Don't waste time and money with her

The staff was friendly. But Dr Ho was terrible. Both my pregnancy ended miscarriage, and she said it was because i have no luck carrying a baby. Was very rude and doesn't seem to care at all!! When I said I have spotting and pains she just went straight forward saying I might be miscarrying and I don't have to come in see me anymore. (Because she is very 'busy')
