Dr Stemmerman is a horrible, terrible person. She is not fit to be a doctor. I request people not to opt her as your OBGYN. She has caused me mental trauma during my first pregancy.

I have been seeing Dr. Stemmerman for 17 years. She delivered my third child and I always look forward to seeing her once a year. She shares personal stories with me and always makes me feel welcome.

She is a horrible, unfriendly, unsympathetic doctor. She lacks the civic sense of treating patients well and making them feel comfortable. She recommends bunch of unnecessary tests (based on insurance coverage) without explaining the reason for need of them.
No one should ever get treated by her.

I have nothing good to say ab out Dr. Stemmerman.
She was the OB on call when I had my son. She did 3 vacuum attempts followed by a C-Section.
Her bedside manner is more than lacking. I felt like I was less than human to her It was just another thing on her checklist and she seemed to have forgotten that she was working on a MOTHER.
Because of how she treated me during my difficult birth, I have been suffering from PTSD for 3 years.
She should no longer work in OBGYN. Time to retire.

I've been with Dr. Stemmerman for 11 years. She is fantastic! She delivered my son via c-section and has treated me for endometriosis. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

After being a neonatal RN attending literally hundreds of deliveries with Dr Stemmerman, I chose her to be my obstetrician. The front desk staff at this office stinks. But Deb doesn't hire them, the practice manager does. When I got a rare complication she spent weeks researching the issue and helped guide me and my baby through without further problems. When I was starting to miscarry during another pregnancy she made time for me in her busy schedule and spent at least a half hour sitting down with me to explain what I could expect and how to deal with it.

Its been 1 year and 1 day exactly. Stemmerman owes me more than an apology. She ignored the fact I had Diabetes even though i peed black on the urine stick everytime i went in from 4 months on. She told me not to worry, so I didnt. My son was prounounced brain dead forty minutes after he was born. It took them 3 days to tell me this, Sussannah McNeil (neonatologist) told me it was my fault. I must have been a drug addict and 'this isn't House, we cant just figure it out". I cant tell u how many times she and Paul Conrad called my baby the House case. They wouldn't let me hold him for the first 11 days of his life. He had a brain ultrasound, an MRI by 2 weeks, and quite literaly "every test possible". Good thing we had Microsoft insurance huh? The Dr (Thomas Chentow) who worked on my son the first hour of his life was retired, and let me know. I have a unicornuate uterus and one kidney, one ovary, literaly 1/2 a uterus. I had 8 ultrasounds, because I fell. This = homeless divorced mom.

She doesn't really spend much time with you and I if I have a question I feel like I have to ask it real fast as she's running out the door. She doesn't seem to remember me from one appointment to the next and I'm constantly reminding her that this is my 2nd child, not my first. She is always talking to me as though I'm having my first.
