I saw Dr Fuller in his Beverly Hills office where I received the best care. Dr Fuller was very knowledgeable, took his time to explain and answer all my questions. There were no surprises, and he was very thorough.
I have been to the "surgery center" about a year ago and yes, the center's staff was horrible. However, I would not go to any other physician. I am very thankful for the excellent care and relief Dr. Fuller has given me!

I have received three treatments from Dr. Fuller: nerve blocks and facet injections. He seems extremely competent and knowledgeable; however, the treatments have been fairly ineffective. This does happen so I cannot necessarily fault him. However, he is rarely on time (first appointment I waited in the OR over two hours) and his staff is incompetent. On my second appointment they actually had me scheduled for the WRONG procedure in a completely wrong area - scary! The billing is also sketchy - even the surgical center told me that Dr. Fuller's billing office was "a mess". While he may be an excellent doctor, I got zero results and paid out of pocket $2K as he is out of network for nearly every plan. There are other doctors with better billing, better follow-up, better staff, and hopefully better results.

Very disappointed in Dr Fuller. I am glad I did not allow him to do any procedures on me after reading other comments. I wish I had read those before I went to see him.

I went to see Dr. Fuller about chronic back pain (sciatica). He was very upfront with my options and treatments. The staff was polite and very attentive from the moment I arrived in the morning to taking me out to the car post-op. It was all taken care of and made me very comfortable and secure during a stressful time. Thanks!

I had epidural injections (2)done at one level with this "Dr." and afterward my legs were paralyzed ! I was sat in a wheel chair by the completely and utterly inferior "nursing" staff at the Spaulding Surgical Center Beverly Hills,CA. for hours. When I in extreme fear of being permanently paralyzed cried out to the Dr.he would not even speak with me. The staff basically shuffled me out to the car and dropped me in it. I had requested a walker or a cane from them and was denied.I subsequently fell 4 times before my legs (Thank God) returned. DO NOT USE SPAULDING SURGICAL CENTER OR THIS "DR."

I've been to Dr. Fuller twice and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I had a DISCOGRAM last year & C1-C2 steroid injection last week both by Dr. Fuller at The Spaulding Surgical Center. HE IS THE SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Dr. Fuller took time to explain and make sure that I understood the procedure thoroughly and he made it "not scary" which kept me calm. I completely trust Dr. Fuller! He was recommended by Dr. Delemarter (Cedars-Sinai world-renown orthopedic surgeon who performed my amazing C3-C7 fusion surgery last year). ***MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DR. NICHOLAS FULLER & HIS WONDERFUL STAFF!!!***

DO NOT USE THIS "DR." or Spalding Surgical Center/ Went in for a simple lumbar epidural injection. When I awoke my legs were paralyzed!! "DR." fuller would not even speak with me, he was more concerned that I had fell down twice in the recovery room. Staff lied on the report and stated that I got up when told not to =untrue.I was sent home only when I could shuffle with a nurse on each arm and subsequently fell two more times, found out later by another Dr. I should have been sent to the hospital.
