Dr. Visentin has been our family doctor for years. She is excellent!

The office staff has gone downhill. One of the newer staff is very frustrating to deal with. Dr Visentin is almost always on time and is great at acknowledging when she needs to refer you to another dr. She is also receptive to feedback and addressing your concerns. Sometimes she can be a little cold and mechanical though, which can be rough when you're struggling.

Dr.Visentin is exceptional. She’s kind, compassionate, actually listens and wants to help. She tests her patients like people and is happy to refer out when needed. I am so grateful for her assistance getting a chronic illness diagnosis after 15+ years of seeking before her. She’s a good one.

Dr. Visentin has been wonderful, she is very patient and compassionate. Her demeanor really helped me feel comfortable with sensitive aspects of my medical care, and both Dr. Visentin and the front desk staff have been very accommodating with scheduling.

Its is absolutely a pleasure to write this review about Dr. Laura Visentin and her team . I have been a patient of Dr. Visentin's for many years, I think as far back as when this Doctor started to Practice in Family Medicine and I must say that I have received the best possible care of my Life with Dr. Laura Visentin and her team.
I think the world of her and her team and I have never had to follow up on referrals to specialists as the team arranges the follow up and books my follow up appointment with the Dr.Visentin.
When Dr. Visentin was away for family reasons I was covered by other Doctor's working at Hampton Carlton Family medicine Clinic and I was treated extremely well.
I now am a Senior citizen and feel so grateful to be looked after by this dynamic and trustworthy group of Medical professionals. Thank you for keeping me healthy and fit, Hampton Carling Family Medicine group all of you should be proud of the outstanding level medical service you provide to our Ottawa community. I had to see Dr. Visentin on a weekend as my regular doctor was away. I got an immediate appointment and was very impressed by the doctor’s professionalism, and caring manner. Her assistant who booked my appointment was also very nice.

Extremely patient, kind, helpful. She has been going out of her way to help my elderly mum while I am trying to help manage mum's care from afar during these trying times.
