He charged $3k for mouth guard that has never fit properly. He promised all the subsequent fittings would be covered. Now each fitting is $70 when sometimes all he does is drill more of the plastic away. Manner is very condescendibg, rude and brusque. Always impatient and blaming me when the mouthguard continued to cause severe TMJ. His receptionists are rude as well. It's an expensive grift and if ask well researched questions you are gaslighted into silence.

Ne parle pas beaucoup et aucun plan de traitements proposés seulement une plaque occlusale qui coûte cher……

Pompous indeed. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a healthcare setting due to overall lack of respect. Arcache is demeaning, abrupt, dismissive and impatient. Asks questions and moves onto the next before you even finish answering the last one. After paying over $200 for an initial exam plus $1450 for a new mouth guard, he told me I should get braces because my teeth were very crooked and that he didn’t “like it”. When I asked if he thought it would improve my symptoms from clenching/grinding he degradingly pointed at his head and said that issue was all caused by the main computer. In addition, he was clearly upset when I told him my mouthguard was still uncomfortable after he made adjustments- he then hastily adjusted it a bit more, getting plastic dust on my clothing and water spray on my face in the process, and then he laughed and raised his voice, saying that if he adjusted the appliance any further it wouldn’t stay put due to my teeth being so crooked. I refuse to go back even though my overpriced mouthguard is too painful to wear.

Référé an tant qu’expert dans le domaine occlusion, pourtant les traitements sont très standardisés. Dr propose un forfait non personnalisé, préparé déjà avant que visite se finalise. Prix de plaque occlusale dépasse 1500$ plus quelque visites inclus (en ai j’aurai vraiment besoin autant ?), payable en deux fois d’avance. Je trouve cette pratique très commerciale (et pas mal répandu dans les cabinets dentaires), surtout que le business est très lucratif et sans risque (ça peut aider comme ça peut ne pas aider par contre ils empochent l’argent rapidement) Première visite est plus de 200 $ ce qui est très cher pour non spécialiste. Bref, allez-y si vous ne trouvez rien de mieux. Mais je ne donne pas 5 étoiles.

this Dentiste is not honest and that is the biggest problem, he sees what he wants to see and does not listen patient, jumping to conclusions. If you have minor problems see your dentist, not him or someone else. He is more businessman than someone who wants to help you, Prices are 3 t time higher than in other clinics.

Over-priced, pompous Clown! Who tells a young women that her face is crooked and then winces when asks for her to smile. People have feelings, especially a young women. This Dr. needs to greatly improve his bedside manner and learn how to share and discuss his findings in a much more professional manner. There is the technical side and then there is the human side. Words matter!!

210$ for a simple 20 mins consultation. If you don't have your radios or if he adjusts your occlusal splint, it'll cost even more! The clinic does smell bad... like.. dust and molds.

TIP: buy your splint from your regular dentist and have Dr Arcache adjust it afterward. You'll save big bucks.

Les commentaires trop positifs sont, dans bien des cas, écrits par des gens de la clinique, amis... Je regarde les négatif et là, ça ne m'inspire pas du tout et vous savez quoi? Je ne suis pas surprise du tout! Beaucoup trop de dentistes, surtout les spécialistes, qui finalement ne savent rien, se prennent pour des dieux quant en faits, ils font n'importe quoi! Vite, vite, $$$.

Very helpful and informative. he took time to explain to me what the problem was and why it was occurring. Prescribed medication and reffered me for physio. a re-evaluation was done after physio indicating I was back to normal. No need for further treatment by him for now.
