Office staff very nasty. Refused to give me an appointment to see the Dr. Munier unless I pay the previous $30.00 co-payment they forgot to collect during the last visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Munier for the past 7 years. I offered to pay the $30.00 during the upcoming appointment and they still refused to give me an appointment to see the doctor. “You must pay the $30.00 first before I give an appointment”, I was told. Is all about “money first” and no “caring” for patients!

I don’t know what everyone complains about. There’s other doctors in the practice so the waiting room is full. Dr. Munier was wonderful with me and very reassuring. Highly recommend.

First time going to an Ent doctor. By far the worst. Like people said they book to many appointment, dr munier didn't seem to care but getting everyone in and out. Didn't take the time to Talk and hear me out about my problem and symptom. I know my own body and for him to tell me I'm fine. I'm don't recommend this doctor.
I had dizzy problem and my ear felt clog and my nose had drainage, and it very upset me that he didn't check anything at all. I did a audio sound check and he assume and determine on that test I was fine and nothing was wrong with me, like what is wrong with this doctor. It's hard to find a caring doctor that really wants to help you and understand that problem instead of getting so many clients in and out. Never again will I go to him.

They book too many patients back to back -- longest wait ever! Such a waste of time. Did not appreciate this at all.

Just received a bill for $50. for 2 "No Show" appointments. One of those appointments I didn't even make, and the other was already explained to them that my mother was unable to come because she was in the hospital with a broken hip. Been waiting now also for over a month or close to it for a mail order script that they supposedly took care of. And last, but certainly not least...they billed her Medicare and secondary insurance for surgeries that were never performed, more than once! I'm going to be looking into this...something sounds fishy.

I used to think Dr.Munier was pretty good. He did do surgery on my nose which had excellent results and put tubes in my ears, but then when I had problems w/my ears with the tubes in still, he did not want to deal with me. He does not do diagnosis past a few conditions that he can easily deal with or do surgery for, he all but told me that. He sent me to Shands which has been a nightmare since it is 2 1/2 hours drive each way. I just ended up with another doctor in Orange City now and I still have the problem, but working on getting that solved. They took the tubes out already. I was told by the Drs at Shands that he did not do the proper tests first to determine if I actually needed tubes and they also frowned when I said he never did a hearing test. I am having problems with hear now and I NEVER did before. My ears are both stuffy all the time, there is roaring in my ears and they are worse than they ever were before. So, clearly I cant say that Dr. Munier did the right thing for me at all.

My impression of him was very negative. He treated me at 65 like I was very elderly. Even though it was his audiologist who misrepresented my previous tests, I was very offended when Dr. Munier spoke to me about my not remembering a test I did not have. I would not ever go back to him.

Went to see this doctor after having recurrent ear infections and dizzy spells. He told me it could be Ménière's disease or a vestibular migraine I was experiencing and wrote me a script for valium. Told me to come back in a month. After I returned I told him I had anxiety issues and since my hearing wasn't bad he basically said I didn't need to see him anymore. Just because I may not have Ménière's he wrote me off because I have anxiety. I know it can cause dizziness but didn't address anything else like why my ear is constantly becoming infected and I'm always put on antibiotics. He did tell me I have tmj which I agree with but it seems he wrote me off only cuz I have anxiety symptoms. Glad I didn't take all the valium he gave me either because he never did try to ask me if I needed another script to wean off of it as I heard it can be an addicting drug.

Very incompetent office, after dealing with them for over a month, giving them the information they requested in order to see my 6 yoa daughter, they called me less than 24 hours before the appointment and told me that they did not take my insurance. This was after I sent over all the information requested and the referal which they said they would need since I was with Healthy Kids. No one seems to know what is going on in their office. The office Manager Trish hang up on me when I asked her if she realized how incompetent her office was. There was no regards for my daughter waiting for over a month for this appointment, or the fact that she has been sick at least once a month with strep and needs to be seen. Would not recommend this office to anyone!! If you can't trust the staff to tell you the truth, how can you trust the doctor.
