Despite the fact that I travel a lengthy distance to the clinic, Dr. Ursell cancelled my appt the afternoon preceding an appt the following day. When I complained they juggled appointments to see me in the early morning but were not happy about it and she rushed through the appointment, being visibly irritated when I posed any questions. The next time she spoke with me, it was the rudest and most unprofessional exchange I have heard from a doctor in my life. She screamed and berated me for nearly 7 minutes, flinging insults. It was awful.

Dr Ursell is a very dedicated MS neurologist and one of the best. I feel privileged to have her as my doctor. She is always very professional and aware of my personal MS issues. She knows her patients and takes good care of them!

Great at cancelling all my appointments the day of. I've been waiting over 9 months at this point. My first appointment was canceled 4 hours before, and the second one was cancelled 59 minutes before. I have a 7 hour drive to get there, so I have to make arrangements. She said she would try to fit me in but called all the patients on the day she said she scheduled me in and said they're all coming to their appointments - well no kidding they are. Pretty disgusted and disappointed with the lack of professionalism, responsibility, and accountability that the Dr. and her admin staff have. Especially when I was told to "be patient" after my appointment was cancelled twice. Find someone else - extremely unreliable.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ursell. She was very helpful. Her secretary and nurse were incredible.

doctor is very rude, it seemed like i was bothering her just being there. Had appointment FRI, Dec 16 2022, and was called in the morning and was told my appointment is cancelled due to bad roads, roads seemed fine, but im not in bracebridge so i give them the benifit of the doubt, No one called for a rebook like they said they would on the following Monday, leave messages because no one answers, said they would return call within three business days but not happening, I just started redailing on day over and over until i got through, they said they were waiting for a cancellation to get me in.. I waited 6 months to get in and now because of bad weather they said they couldnt drive into work and now i have to wait for someone to cancel in order to been seen. I had an appointment booked , so i should have been seen the next open business day , but no have to wait for people to cancel, still no luck, and they dont return calls winthin 1-3 business days ever, why evenn say it

I have waited almost 2 years for an appointment and every time I have one she cancels not impressed

Dr. Ursell is pleasant and well-intentioned. She clearly cares about patients. However, in my case, the doctor failed to understand the types of issues someone with diminished capacity was going through, was a little too quick to be dismissive and prescribed a medication not suited to my condition. She did share a lot of great knowledge, although some was a bit outdated. Visit was in 2015. I cannot comment on current care.

In my opinion over the years....if you want the best doctor and care it is worth the wait....what people tend to forget is that doctors are also humans....mothers....fathers...with more responsibility than a normal person will ever know.....be fair and kind.....this unsettling time has taken its toll on everyone.....judge your own personality before you judge others....you may be surprised what you find.....we are fortunate to have the few good doctors we have.....appreciate them.......and their staff . It is not an easy job trying to please everyone...
