I was in a motor vehicle accident & injured my back in 2005. I went thru 4 operations before Dr.de Muelenaere agreed to operate to see if he could fix most of my back. He did say that I do have a lot of damage of the spine including arthritis and other things & he won't be able to correct everything. A very honest Doctor. He is very busy & doesn't have time to chit chat but he will answer your questions. Even though I still have back pain, I appreciate that he tried to fix it as much as it could be fixed. He is a wonderful surgeon. If I needed another orthopedic surgery I definitely would try to get Dr. de Muelenaere.
