Dr. Veluz was my suboxone dr. at first. After a few months of seeing him for suboxone, I told him I needed Methadone and walked out the day with a prescription for alot of them and I was failing my drug tests for xanax and was told I need to stop taking the xanax with the methadone he just wrote me, long story short, next month i walked out with a prescription for xanax and methadone, which he all ready told me was a deadly combination but wrote them anyway. Made me get a MRI to cover his ass. I ended up with a perferated colon and had to have emergency surgery and woke up with a colostomy bag and had the have it for 3 months till my surgeon would reverse it and he said it was caused by all the narcotics I was taking. All because this idiot wrote whatever to anybody. He knew I was an addict the day I walked in his door (I started seeing him for opiate addiction) and should have NEVER wrote all those narcotics to a 22 year old addict with nothing wrong with him at all! Shouldnt be a Dr.
