The WORST place! Don't give them your business because they don't care about patients' health. They only want money. They see patients out of turn. Kept me waiting for almost 3 hours. Missed treated me. Gave me divot on my arm and wouldn't take responsibility for it. The PA is the worst provider but he can't be fired because he's Dr. Morlan's husband. Prescribed too many unnecessary medicines. Sent me to out-of-network lab without informing and left me with a bill. It's the worst clinic ever. I'm not coming back ever again.

The wait times are awful. I waited 2 hours to see a PA, they are always 1.5 or more wait time. Then they don't apologize. It is obvious they overbook, if they cared to run a respectable office they would care about not wasting their patients time. The urgent care patients were seen before me, even though I had an appointment. I don't have serious health problems, but looking for a different doctor to see. Not impressed and don't feel like the care is very good. They need to take the time to be more through. Appear to be just trying to make money.

As the previous reviews, I also have never actually met Dr. Morlan, even for my yearly physical. I only see her PA's and after waiting at least 15 mins after my appointment time, but the average wait is 30 mins in the waiting area, then another 15-20 mins waiting in the room. The staff is nice, I know I have been unpleasant in there due to the timing a number of times but they are always still nice to my face. I recommend another doctor that cares about the patients as far as personal timing and actually seeing us.

Horrible wait times. Drinking on the job. Billing fraud. Telling me an immunization was back ordered/not available, went to competing Urgent Care across the parking lot and received the immunization no problem. Have voiced opinion to staff regarding problems and nothing was resolved. Stay away from this place if you value your health.

You will never see Dr. Morlan! You will only see her PA's. There is a sign in rooms stating due to excessive wait times please keep your office visit to ONE PROBLEM ONLY!!!
I suffered for 2 weeks with double pneumonia and NEVER got to see her.
I requested to see her and was told she didn't have any appointments available!

This is not for Barbara Morlan. But I've seen her staff Tony, PA and Karen NP. I want to say that they are good PA and NP. However their office staff and management of their office is horrendous. I've been going to them for 4-5 years. Every visit takes about 1 hr 30 minutes to 2 hours before they even walk into your room. They definately overbook their appointment times. However because I was young and just needed to go the doctors 1-2 times a year, I kept them as my primary doctors. However recently I've got a bad respiratory bug and had to go to their office 4-5 times in a matter of a month. And I've had enough of their office. They've recently moved to Herndon and Armstrong and hired some more inept staff to their medical team. Whenever I call, I have to speak to 5 different office assistants that don't know anything. They lose your paperwork, they don't call back. Prescriptions are not sent to the pharmacy as they tell you (they do e-script so no paper).
