I have been a patient of Dr De Silva for years. Even with an appointment you can plan on waiting for quite a while to be seen. Today I waited over an hour. i am thinking this is a scheduling issue with the receptionists, not Dr De Silva personally. once i am seen i have no issues. i dont feel rushed, . I find the doctor answers my questions, and explains things i need to know. He has been very good about referring me to specialists when needed

Dr de Silva is very helpful and caring. We are newcomers to Canada. We were referred to him by one of my family members. We saw him as a walk-in. The staff was wonderful. There was a bit of wait time. He diagnosed my problem immediately and treated. The advice he gave was very useful. I’m very happy with the visit

Excellent Doctor. He is knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff was very helpful and the girls were very nice. My family will continue to come to him and recommend to all my friends who is in need of a doctor.

Dr.Desilva is my mom’s doctor.. she is so lucky to have a wonderful Doctor who is extremely thorough and is on top of everything. He is patient and kind and just an all around great person. Thank you Doctor for taking cate of my mom’s health keeping on top of her health.

UNBELIVEABLY HORRIBLE! I would give a zero star if I could.
Where to start? The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
My father suffered an injury that landed him in a hospital where he was told that he fractured his neck and has to go in a cervical collar until he can meet with a neurosurgeon as well as be off work until he's healed. This entailed a slew of paper work that needed to be completed for the workplace and WSIB. Among those forms, two needed to be filled and signed by the doctor who also needed to request the injury report from the hospital (because they don't have the system that allows the automatic access).
When we called Dr. De Silva's office, the administrative staff informed us that we had to go in to have them signed and that they could not be done via PDF signature. So my very injured father and I went to their office only to find out that the reason for us going there is to pay 80 dollar for one of the forms because it's "external" going to my dad's workplace!
When he asked to see the Dr. for his opinion on my dad's case, he was told, and I quote: " the Doctor just finished with his last patient of the day, he can not see you".
To add insult to the injury, despite them "faxing" the form and request, WSIB didn't receive anything. So I called a week later to follow up on the request from hospital, they informed me that they haven't received anything. When I asked if they could follow up because my dad has an appointment in a week and they need that report, she told me that I have to follow up myself but she would try and fax it again.
I asked her: "what if the fax machine is not working", she said " well probably, but I won't call the hospital, I can only fax it again".
The cheer disregard to human beings and humanity is mind numbing! I have never encountered such a horrible doctor's staff and service. If we had another option, I would gladly help my father move to a different doctor. They are completely useless, unkind and should not be allowed to continue practicing.

Absolutely disgusting , awful treatment from this office, this guy is no Doctor!!
He should have his practice shut down!!!
