He was to follow up on a subscription it never came I last my toes. I sat by the telephone waiting for the pharmacy to call and they never did they felt so sorry for me that they tried to contact maurander and his office told them he is weird that way takes no calls

Dr. Mirander himself is great to deal with and is knowledgeable but stay away, his reception is horrible, never follows up for referrals, prescriptions, anything. Had to miss a very important appointment because the requisition was never sent in. Called for two weeks after my appointment with him, left several messages, no response. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Changing doctors because of this.

Cannot get ahold of this office to save my life! When my daughter had hives I could reach no one. I’ve called 20 times in a row with no answer! Been trying to get their medical records for a month with no success. Do not go here! What good is a doctor you can’t get ahold of!?

absolutely horrible. receptionist never pick up their phone. I been calling for over a month and it's always just one person picking up. Like he should hire more staff!!!!! I asked him for a prescription about 2 months ago but still nothing even after asking so manyyyy times!

If you are looking for a Dr to meet and discuss your health he may be for you. But good luck if you need anything like a prescription, referral etc. Absolutely no follow through

I have had Dr. Mirander for over 10 years now and have never felt more supported and cared for. Some of the folks who note delays in referrals need to understand the system is broken and wait times are ridiculous and many specialist are rejecting referrals. He has walked me through several attempts with multiple docs to finally get in after he pulled some strings. My family and I are very lucky to have Dr. Mirander looking after us. The new site is very welcoming and his admin is amazing.

I had a previous dr for 40 yrs, he retired so I went to dr mirander. I told him my prescriptions that I have been taking for 20 yrs, he didn't agree and changed all my meds. I told him that what I've been taking works for me, still didn't care and gave me new meds. I tell him I'd rather have what I'm use to and he said no. I've been waiting for referrals for years now, never get them nor does his staff ever get me an appointment. The pharmacy never gets his emailed prescriptions, have to call and tell the receptionist to get him to re-email them. Usually have to wait a week for him to do it. I've been waiting 2 weeks now for him to send over my arthritis pills. He never follows thru with anything. I'm suppose to have back and neck surgery, waiting 2-3 yrs now for him to send over my referral to get an appointment. He doesn't listen to you, staff are incompetent and doesn't send over prescriptions. I suffer with pain and tell him this, and he doesn't care and I have to wait a week to get my pills. I'm only with him because no other Dr's are taking new patients. Do not recommend him as a doctor or a caring human being, let's patients suffer in pain because he can't do his job properly

Needed him to refer me to a specialist for my condition. Kept saying he processed the referral but I confirmed with the specialist that no referral was provided. This guy is incompetent or a liar or both.

Even during the height of Covid he was available to myself and family. He even was willing to make time for my aging mother who was not even his patient when her doctor vanished form the planet. Thanks for being there when we needed you.

Great doc. Been with him for 10 yrs and has saved my life twice now. There have been some transitional admin issues with the new practice but we are happy to push through the growing pains to keep a fantastic physician.
