She followed me for a pregnancy. It always felt very transactional. Every visit felt like a tick in the box. Didn’t take time to ask questions and do a thorough follow up. I question her competency when it comes to this field. Her answers to my questions were usually short and she dismissed my husband when he had questions. So happy I changed doctor and clinic. There is no comparison with the care I receive today.

En visite de France et j'ai eu le déplaisir de rencontrer cette médecin. Dr. Chahine est l'une des pires médecins que j'ai rencontrées dans ma vie. Elle n'a absolument aucune empathie. Elle aime beaucoup culpabiliser ses patients. Elle n'apporte rien de bien au système de santé.

I'm a retired physician. Saw this doctor and let me tell you she's completely incompetent. She diagnosed me NYD back pain when I had PNP. Spent 3 weeks in a hospital because of her.

She has been my doctor for while and each time I go see her she tells me that I ok my can talk about one problem.
She does not give referrals to the specialist at all!

She has been my Dr for 3 years now. She is a very nice person but as physician I had doubts about her decisions , being health care provider myself. Had hard time to get referral to a specialist for myself and my son. And even for blood work up. And yes, she does psychological analysis on physical issues, which some people may find helpful but not me.
Never been followed by her during the pregnancy or as a follow-up for the newborn, maybe it's her passion and she is great as pre and postnatal physician.

Dr. Chahine has been our family doctor for over 2 years now and has also followed me throughout my pregnancy. I feel blessed to have found such an amazing, caring and knowledgeable doctor with a great staff to support her as well. She is gentle, patient, attentive, and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. She genuinely does care for her patients. I trust her whole heartily with my health care and that of my family's. A true gem!

She was Dr during my pregnancy and I had the best experience compare to my 1st pregnancy with another Dr. Had a easy delivery and even if she wasn't on call, she came by to check me up when page and was present to deliver my baby in the middle of the night. Everything was clearly explain and follow up were done properly. I wish a lot of Dr were like her, professional and caring and make the patient there #1 focus.

Dr. Danielle Chahine at St Marys might be a nice person, but not the greatest doctor. Instead of admitting a lack of knowledge in an area, follows the wrong paths to help. Does psychological analysis without valid information regarding a physical issue, nor a psychology degree. Does not read full reports, follows her own agenda and not was it best for patient. She has caused me more anxiety then any doctor has before. She should stick to a specific field, and when she is out of depth of knowledge, not put a patients well being, in limbo.

Was on call when I was in labour. She provided care for me during a whole 24 hours. She has terrific bedside manner and took time to explain things. Was very reassuring and calm. A+
