Dr. Wong is a Life Saver! He is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgable. He is in such high demand and extremly busy yet he took the time and care with my Father bladder cancer and I am forever greatful.

My lived experience with Dr. Wong was a unsettling to say the least. I found him to be unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns and feedback. I felt his smugness and self-assured attitude was indicative of someone who has ample malpractice insurance.

On first visit seemed open and helpful but subsequently seems to be in the wind. Referral for prostate biopsy under ultrasound was promised but never booked- after six months waiting were referred to a physician at TOH by our GP and had biopsy and timely treatment. Terrible.

Worst doctor I ever seen. He barely explain thing. He wanted to gave me a medication and went very quickly through the side effects that I couldn't capture anything he said. When I asked him to write the name of the medication down for me he refused. Then I insisted that he spell it out and I wrote it on my phone. I found it has very bad side effects and even more when I checked with my family doctor she explained I don't need it. I will never go to him again

My husband was referred to this doctor for suspected prostate cancer. He had an appointment with him in person and was told he would be booked for a biopsy. He discovered after 4 months that the request for the biopsy was never sent. Subsequently he and our family doctor were unable to reach him or his office. New referral was sent to the general hospital and was booked within days. As it turns out the cancer is an aggressive type and should have been treated asap. I’m considering a complaint to CMA

Dr. Wong is an excellent surgeon who answers any questions very easy to talk with. He got back to me in person with any results throughout the whole bladder cancer procedure. I feel blessed to have been under his care and the amazing nurses and staff at the Montfort Hospital.

Dr Wong communicated my problem and solution very clearly. Left kidney removal by laparoscopy went well. Followup was as expected. Definitely would recommend.
