Not happy with the new staff and the doctor not was not punctual at all. Just looked and stared at me while I spoke horrible bedside manners

Today my friend and I went to the office of Dr.Tanbiras . My friend was having severe chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea and other various symptoms that conclude he is having a severe cardiac issue. We did not have a car and went to three walk in clinics prior all in which were closed stating they had seen there capacity of patients for the day. My friend had seen Dr. Tanbir a while back. When we arrived the office was empty and had no patience. We explained the symptoms to the receptionist and she denied my friend any help. She stated it was too long ago my friend had seen the Doctor so therefore the Doctor would not see him. She then said she would call him an ambulance. Wow a cardiac doctor in the next room who refuses to help but she will leave my friend in debilitating pain and call an ambulance!! Absolutely appalling!! There is absolutely no humanity left in the medical system. My friend is now in cardiac arrest in the emergency. Thanks a lot for your help!

Very professional and kind. She explained to us everything and took her time with us. Very thorough! Very very good doctor. I was very impressed with her and her staff!!

I absolutely love Dr. Sindhar!!! She is very thorough, caring, & knowledgeable. She investigates everything to figure out a cause. I truly wish that she could be my family doctor, I've said that since my first appointment.
Her staff are amazing, in person and on the phone. They always remember who I am, and that makes me feel like they care just as much as Dr. Sindhar.
I trust my life with her, and would recommend her to anyone that will listen!!!

I am highly privileged to have had Dr. Sindhar as my Cardiologist. She contributed to my health so positively with her intellectual ability, tactfulness and patience. She was much more than I had expected – easy to approach and talk to, genuinely concerned, smart and warm during my visits. I was afraid of the unknown prior to meeting her but with her assurance and demonstration of knowledge I was able to complete my tests with some confidence and was ready for the next step knowing she would take care of me. God bless this doctor.

Amazing doctor and her receptionist is very kind and helpful! I am glad that she has a new receptionist who cares about patients!!!
