Ignorant, incompetent and straight up infuriating.

Just started with her. Was very patient and listened to every concern. Absolutely fantastic with children. Willing to address issues immediately and even takes the to deal with preventative health before they become issues instead of when it becomes a crisis. So far, loving her!

Very thankful to have Shelley Raymond as my health care provider. Very kind, punctual and knowledgeable. She was instrumental in finding the source of a problem which had plagued me for months on end. Certainly glad the Nurse Practitioners Office opened in Essex.

Very rude, not very experienced, does follow up when told of previous diagnosis. Canceled appointments and did call to cancel. Advertisement states a doctor is just a call away doctor aways out of town for meetings.
