Please don't go to Dr. Jay for your dental care. He is nice but the knowledge is out dated.

I had a post and crown done there about 8 years ago , it finally fell out and my new dentist could not believe how bad the work was . I was able to re glue it but it wont last , i will need an implant or a partial . I guess you get what you pay for !

My husband has been in agony since seeing Dr Stephan Jay. He can't tolerate dental freezing so his extractions had to be done old school. His gums bled for 2 days (a lot), are very inflamed, and are too swollen to insert his new denture. The stitches that he put in are very sloppy but he did push 6(!) drugs on him, even though dr. Jay knew he couldn't take certain pain killers (ex: no freezing duh). His experience was "I don't know - he just kept babbling to me about eating steak the next day". I've more than 30 years experience as a dental technician (fixed not removable) and if I'd known Dr. Stephen Jay was his choice of dentist I would have warned him. This guy talks a lot and is very personable but should retire.

In 60 odd years on this globe, I've had a few Dentists, some good, some not so much. Dr. Jay is easily the best I've ever experienced. Service is always exceptional, and this is your go to Dentist if you're nervous about pain.

Dr Jay is a very caring dentist, and him and his assistant with the wonderful hair helped me get over my fear of going to the dentist. Dr Jay leads me through everything he is doing while his assistant gives me words of encouragement, she too is very knowledgeable. He is my favourite dentist! I highly recommend! :)

I have been going to Dr Jay for 27 year and he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. He does cleanings himself and does 5 rounds with 5 different heads. His staff is very personable and lovely. I won’t go to anyone else! .

I have been going to Dr. Jay for over 26 years. The best. Does NOT overcharge! After sending me to another dentist for a root canal, I went back expecting to get a crown fitted. No, he said a crown was not necessary (even though over half of my tooth was gone). He filled it and after 15 years, I have had no problems with it. He does not have a hygienist to clean your teeth, he does it himself, not your typical dentist these days. As for his receptionist, I guess you'll get what you give. I have never had a problem with her, always professional and friendly. Thanks Dr. Jay!!!

Dr. Jay always nice and friendly, the reception is okay...sometimes when you need to cancel she could be not that friendly but mostly she is okay
