Instead fixing the problems I had with my teeth I ended up with even more problems.
Also I was always overcharged.

Dr. Rhody is a great Dentist with a great staff. Mark and Andreia are a great team they make every appointment fun and filled with laughter. This small office has a feeling you don't see anymore. Worried about insurance Wendy goes above and beyond to do her best to make sure you are with your insurance. If your looking for a new dentist this west end dentist is the place.

Dr Rhody has been my dentist of choice since he began his practice. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful l he and his staff are ....my daughter and her family are also his faithful patients. Lovely atmosphere in the office! Try it....you’ll like it! If you have worries about parking,,,,worry not. At the moment he has 2 reserved parking spots that is paid by his office.

This office is great! Andreia makes my appointments fun and very comfortable her and mark are a great team. Wendy is fantastic with insurances and always makes the effort to make sure I don't have any surprises! if your looking for a great dentist and staff in the west end with A+ care and work this is it.

I drive here even though there is a dentist literally downstairs in my building. I preffer to drive for quality of care and excellent bedside manner. Dr Rhody and all his staff are excellent. My most favourite Hygenist of all time only works Fridays and is the only one who has been able to pain manage my sensitive gums during cleanings without anesthetics. Thank you so much!!!

Dr.esmail has been a great addition to marks office! Andreia has always made me comfortable with her joyful personality so I wasn’t surprised how well they worked together to bring my smile back! I left a comment about 14 months ago to see if the staff would try and remedy a problem THEY created. I see that they replied to other comments but skipped over mine. Dr Rhody is a great dentist and I would come back if his staff would have shown an ounce of compassion towards a long time patient and made ANY attempt at correcting the issue.

I have been a long time patient of marks office and over the years I've seen a lot of people come and go but Andreia has been a long time employee she goes beyond her job to help me with my insurance issues and even saying hi to me while on lunch reminding me of my appointment! you are a ray of sunshine! Your smile and personality are A+++
