Receptionist was helpful. I had an appointment and unfortunately was running late due to traffic. I was late by 10 minutes and was told that the doctor had already left for the day. The doctor was also unwilling to diagnose me despite having objective blood work. I was advised by my family physician that this doctor does not have a specialty in Rheumatology but rather a 'special interest'.

Dr. Wong is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He has a very bad bedside manner and is not compassionate with his patients. He spent 5 minutes seeing my mother and was not willing to answer more questions. Very disappointed with this doctor.

Dr. Wong Diagnosed, treated and CARED for my mother for several years. He showed patience and listened to our concerns for pain and quality of life. Communication with other divot office was always in a great time frame.

A woman named Jessica is the most rude and ill-mannered receptionist I have ever seen in a clinic. Her attitude is awfully unpleasant. She is unwilling to help with the most basic task which are her responsibilities.
