He treated my daughter terribly. Lapland tried to get her to do a procedure during a purely consultative visit, and treated her rudely when she told him she only wanted his guidance. He has no bedside manner. Look at his ratings…why does his medical group keep a doctor of this caliber on staff? .

This Dr. LAYLAND (cough cough at Dr.) is the worst I’ve experienced in my life. Non caring, rude, arrogant, dismissive, absolutely NO no sympathy whatsoever.
I’ve been going here for years and this was my first bad experience. If it wasn’t for Dr. Golden (a gem) I’d never go back. I can’t believe he is still working here. The staff was very nice and helpful I feel very bad they have to work with someone like this. If any of you guys have a choice, do not see this doctor it’ll ruin your day.!

If you need an ENT avoid this doctor at all costs. He is incredibly dismissive of patient’s concerns. What he lacks in empathy he makes up for in arrogance. I’ve never experienced such a negative interaction with a doctor in my life.

Please take the time and care with your patients to explain and to listen. They waited a long time to see you because they are in pain. If you just run out of the room and don't ask if they have any questions, it is a wasted visit for the patient.

Gosh, I wish I had read all this before I also became a victim of Dr. Layland. I barely want to put "Dr." Before his name. He does not have the common characteristics for a doctor. I mean no bedside manner I can overlook, but lack of knowledge too! Unacceptable! His misdiagnosis not only burdened my finances but I was physically and emotinally suffering because of his wrong decisions. Heck, the speech therapist found the lump after 6 months of being in Dr. MICHAEL LAYLAND's care. He truly failed me. Even after the speech therapists discovery of the lump MICHAEL LAYLAND told me to wait 3 months and then come back to him. I ran as fast as I could to get a 2nd opion from a real Dr. who then led me to a surgeon who operated on me within the month as my cyst had been growing for over 6 months while in Dr. MICHAEL LAYLAND's care. If you need an ENT I beg you to find somone else! Even if Dr. MICHAEL LAYLAND is the soonest appointment in the office, I ask you to value your heath and know you deserve a better doctor!

Dr. Layland was very considerate and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was feeling and meticulously examined my throat. He found what other doctors had missed . Once we had the right diagnosis, I was fixed almost immediately. thank you so much

STAY AWAY! This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. They call you back for a follow up so that they can do the same procedure again and make more money. I ended up paying about $800 for this place to prescribe me medication for a sinus infection. Will NEVER go back again.

I went there a few times over a year and after repeated misdiagnosis and pointless appointments I just gave up!

I waited an hour and he spent maybe 10 minutes with me and did not pay attention to my real issues about ear and headaches. Also they charged me for a service he never performed. They took his word over my mine. I will pay them but I will never go back to the clinic again. recommend him at all.

I've been going to this practice for nearly 20 years. Yesterday I had a really negative experience with Dr. Layland and his staff. This was never the case several years ago. Dr. Layland is not incompetent, he chose not to be helpful after I declined an expensive test that wasn't covered by my insurance. As for the hearing test that I refused, I clearly heard you utter "f***" under your breath after you exited the room. So my hearing is still pretty sharp doctor.
