He is knowledgeable but his treatments for cystic acne are to prescribe Accutane; he really doesn't give much options and I haven't seen any improvement in my skin

Dr. Jaffer is very knowledgeable, explains different treatment options, keeps detailed notes on what has been most effective and spends as much time as I need. He's been my dermatologist for several years and I trust him completely. You will not be disappointed.

Takes the time to explain, really cares and helps his patients. Wonderful beside manner with a heart of gold. Down to earth and knows how to speak (even though he's a UCLA professor and Harvard Medical School graduate!)
