Don't know about knowledge or any of these things because he did not examine me did not listen to my concerns and did not take a history. He did write notes about something. Spent two hours waiting to see him and no results. Avoid like the plague.

I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Willoughby was attentive and patient with my questions. Appointments ran on time. I left with everything I needed and wanted.

I saw this doctor a few months ago, and he was the WORST DOCTOR you can imagine. The waiting room was a ghosttown, and I figured out why pretty fast. He came in looking really dissheveled and smelled like alcohol. He's super introverted, has no bedside manner, never looked me in the eye, and was extremely and overtly rude and disrespectful. I kept telling him I have chest pains and shortness of breath, and as I'm sitting there gasping for breath he tells me, "but you look fine". I looked over at my chart and he was just doodling cartoons. Throughout his superficial review, his body language and tone of voice were saying, "I'm not listening to you and I don't care". When I asked him one question, he responded, "Now I have to answer a question?!!" There are a lot of doctors in the area who are lung doctors. Don't make the mistake I did. I felt 100 times worse when I left. Worst doctor ever. Avoid for sure.
