This is my 1st pregnancy and it has been absolutely horrible experience for me. The 1st time met Dr. Motley, she basically took my blood and told me there wasn’t anything to go through cause I was too early. The 2nd time I met her she asked me how I was feeling and that was it. She is always on vacation and impossible to make an appointment with. Her staff at Mount Sinai is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or ruin your pregnancy experience with this doctor.

I never even made it to the 1st appt so this review is specifically about the customer service received from her staff. I scheduled an appt ~3 weeks out & took the first appt available. Two days before my appt, I called to let them know I had taken a positive pregnancy test & ask a question about my insurance (the staff when I made the appt said it would be the specialist co-pay but I called my insurance and they said it should not be). The receptionist was so rude. She never even asked my name. After I said I wanted to let you know I took a positive pregnancy test she said, "OK." silence. it was odd. Basically everything I said, all she said was, "OK." followed by silence. Then she told me that Dr. Motley was not even in on Friday so I would have to see either Dr. Rodriguez or someone else that I cannot remember. I asked her to tell me about them & she replied with apathetic attitude, "What do you want to know?" I decided to cancel the appt & find a more welcoming office.
