In emergency at CMH. Doctor was hurried and extremely rude in his comments when dealing with an elderly patient. No respect or kindness.

Waited for a long time in the waiting room. When the doctor did come in, he definitely made it clear he thought I was wasting his time. No compassion even though I was in tremendous pain! Really makes me hesitate to go back if I need help

I was in er yesterday, he belittle me and told me I should not be there,said it wasn't a emergency that I should have gone to my fam Dr...he didn't even examine me...I literally left crying..horrible experience...dont recommend him to anyone!!!!

Last week my sister slipped and fell, injuring her elbow. She went to cambridge memorial and was seen by eugenio. When crays came back he told my sister nothing was wrong and of course her elbow hurt because of her weight. He sent her home with nothing. TODAY the hospital called her to come in. Her xray shows a fracture in her elbow and internal bleeding between the joints. Eugenio is rude, dismissive and incompetent.

I was having abdominal pain and he was very thorough, blood work, urine and and ultrasound. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I wish all ER doctors were like him.
