I have been a patient for many years! Dr. Stacey Siegel is great! I have recently been in the office and noticed the office manager Dana has left, I am very sad about this because she was always very helpful and knew everything about the office! I never had any problems with her! I do know that the other girl Julie seems to NEVER address anyone by our name...it's always "sweetie, sweet girl or baby girl. Can she not remember a patients name? Some may like it but I think it is disrespectful, we are grown adults address a patient by their name! Seems like this office is not going to make it without Dana!

I recently went back to see Dr. Siegel since she was my first gyn ever and my ins covered her again. They have lost ALL of my previous records which span 10yrs, my annual exam took less than 5 minutes which didnt seem like a proper exam, i was sent for blood work and they didnt contact me with the results, OH and the routine PAP that should be FREE they sent to an out of network lab leaving me with an additional bill. I am really unhappy with the quality of service and will be looking for a new gyno...And this has nothing to do with Dana as she has been there for over 20 years and has always been friendly to me

Went for a routine Pap smear that is free under my insurance but then they sent my lab work to an out of network lab and now I am left with a bill! I had no idea this would or could ever happen. If I had been told this I would have never gotten lab work done

Dr. Stacy is an awesome dr, very understanding and down to earth. Had an abnormal pap, so I had to do extra testing- she knew I was freaking out but she was calm and helped me understand what an abnormal pap meant, etc. The 1 huge negative I have is her Staff-- particularly the Nasty woman she had at the front desk. This woman is rude to people, rude to coworkers- chews like a cow while speaking to you- yells personal info out to the waiting room. She makes me embarrassed for going to the dr. She's so unprofessional- for instance, while I wait for my turn to see the doctor, front desk girl is on the phone, puts that patient on hold and says aloud "what a f*** idiot". The Siegel's should fire the front desk woman, then their practice would be perfect.

Dr Siegel is great! But the RECEPTIONIST IS AWFULLY RUDE, AND CARELESS SPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SHE WANTS TO KNOW EVERYTHING AND THEN SHE STARTED TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO. SHE IS NOT EVEN A NURSE TO BE GIVING ADVISES TO PATIENT. DR. SIEGEL WOULD DO MUCH BETTER WITHOUT THE WHITE GIRL RECEPTIONIST

Dr. Stacey is a very straight forward, no nonsense Doctor. Some people may find her "cold" but she is extremely knowledgeable , answers questions and is very encouraging of a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately her office staff, specifically Donna (I believe), is extremely rude to not only the patients, but to other staff. I cringe at the thought of having to call to make an appointment always hoping she won't bite my head off in the process. I guess the fact that I am willing to deal with her shows how great Dr. Stacey is as a person and doctor.

Never have a problem with dr. Stacey, her front desk help though has always made me dread my appointments. Dana, front desk woman, is disrespectful, rude, and belittles everyone she speaks to. While waiting for my appointment Dana spoke to me with food in her mouth, got her food on my paperwork (acted like it was my fault too), took a phone call- put it caller on hold- then badmouthed the caller in front of me and other patients. Dr. Stacey is very smart and very down to earth, her practice would be perfect if she canned Dana.

My daughter and I both use Dr. Siegel and she is always very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend her. It is nice to find a gynecologist who does not deliver babies so there is never a wait if she would get called away to deliver.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Stacey Siegel and her office! She is always friendly and helpful. I also love that she remembers me from year to year!

Would never recommend this practice - the receptionist acts as the screen (there is no nurse on premise) and is dismissive and disrespectful . We have changed practices and would never recommend this practice when we live in an area with so many choices.
