Amazing Doctor. You never feel rushed yet she's quite fast and efficient. She's also my wife and daughter's doctor and we all have been well cared for by her when we have need of medical attention. She goes above and beyond. Thanks doc, for the great care you provide.

Dr.Pansegrouw has been looking after myself and my wife sence 2013, we both have survived cancer thanks to her caring and knowledge. She never hesitates to address problems and we appretiate her very much.

Waited all day for a phone walk-in appointment (fine enough) to ask advice on having double vision. She abruptly said “get an eye exam”..when I told her I just had one two weeks prior she said “well, get another one” and hung up. Managed to finally get into my family dr who scheduled me to see an ophthalmologist and advised to stop driving. Seems Dr. Pansegrouw didn’t even want to hear a word out of my mouth.

Sandra is wonderfully supportive, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. I just received a call from her to check in with me during the pandemic to offer her support, assure me of her availability for phone consultations, ensure I have adequate medication, determine if I need any prescriptions, and offer kind words. I started seeing Sandra after she made herself available to me when I expressed my discomfort about seeing a male doctor who made me feel vulnerable. Since then, despite being incredibly busy with her massive case load, she fostered a strong and respectful therapeutic relationship relationship with me and has always been attentive and responsive to my specific needs with empathy and caring. She remembers details of my lifestyle that are relevant to my health and wellbeing and checks in using a holistic perspective that takes into account the whole person in the context of their lives, which is invaluable. Not just a medical model approach.

Prompt (I was a walk in ) Very personable, gentle, patient and asked a ton of questions regarding my little accident.
Even though I was in pain she took the time to thoroughly check me over. She explained why the opposite side hurt. I'm not a pill fan and she didn't push them. She advised an over the counter pain med with the dosage and gave me exercises(she clearly demonstrated them and corrected me when I tried) to do and stressed moving!!! She gave what she thought would be a timeline for feeling better pain wise but if it didn't subside to get checked again. Love this reasonable logical no prescription approach!!!
I had heard of her and her amazing reputation for years prior to my seeing her. Yes! She really is that kind, professional and patient but doesn't mess around doctor. 😀
