No one at front desk very very strange, waiting room over crowded. Girl who did picture and xray sweet and friendly. Seemed like Dr. In rush no time to answer questions. Lady who talked about money very rude and rushed no time to answer uestio s about treatment. Appointment seemed very rushed.. had heard great things about this office, fell very short.

Masks neede, not great for children. The dentist may be knowledgeable but is not very friendly. She did not even look in my sons mouth, her staff does all the appointments.She seemed annoyed and rushed when I asked to explain my son's treatment.

Dr Hawley and staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming! We were on vacation and my daughter needed see an orthodontist. She got her in quickly and solved her issue. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hawley only suggested surgery for me, didn't give any other options at all. Surgery or she wouldn't do anything. Wasn't very friendly. Seemed like she couldn't care less about me honestly, was heartbreaking. Some staff were not very professional, they didn't really explain what they were doing or who they were. When I was leaving Dr. Hawley said to her staff to book me in for end of September, and she stated to me that she would send a referral to a surgeon. Never heard from any surgeon or from her for an appointment in 'September'. Will not be returning regardless for the fact she wouldn't help me at all unless I get surgery.

The first time I took my son to this office, nobody introduced themselves. We didn't know anybody's role until Dr. Hawley entered and began the in depth assessment (she didn't introduce herself either). Besides that, I found Dr. Hawley very knowledgeable. She didn't push unnecessary procedures or products, I appreciated that since braces are so costly.

From the moment you darken the door with your kids you feel the warmth of her practice. They make everyone feels important and not like a dollar sign. The albums they keep up to follow their patients, the aftercare, the encouragement and the knowledge filled yet firm guidance are all top notch by any standard. I would highly recommend Dr. Hawley to any family without reservation!

Sugh excellent services. Staff so welcolming and friendly. Office very nice. Had to wait 25 minutes to see Dr after her staff did photos and reviewed my health history. Excellent to answer all my questions.

Dr. Hawley I found was very unprofessional and her staff as well. The staff there made fun of my looks from different portfolios and left me feeling very down. I did not continue with Dr. Hawley after this matter. In my consultations she wanted to do stuff with my teeth which I did not need. She seems very init for the money, and is never in. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone that needed braces and consulting. Again this was the way I was treated here, I can't speak for others.
