I love Dr. Bibi! She is very friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Her staff is great. They always pick up the phone and ensure to call back if they miss it. Getting an appointment with her or her staff doctors is always easy and I can see someone same day or next. Highly recommend.

I've had a really good experience with Dr Bibi, when I did actually see her. However, she has been MIA since the pandemic and I wasn't able to obtain proper care at her practice since then. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional and do not provide a proper explanation. I've been requesting to see Dr Bibi but I have been told she is away and will be back in 2-4 weeks since February 2021. Her assistance has been kind and understanding, however, with appointments (which are by phone only) the receptionists either do not answer or tell you that you are in a queue but will not provide a time slot of when we can expect a call back. The practice is a mess and they need to get simple administrative processes straightened up and actually demonstrate their professionalism and duty to care towards their patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Bibi. Always listens to my concerns patiently and addresses them. Always provides the best care she can. No issues in getting referrals or ask for weekend appointments.
The only thing I would improve is the wait times even before booked appointments. Because she is such an amazing doctor, I still put up with the long wait times :)

No compassion at all, just wants you to swipe the health card. She is very rude and yells and patients and her staff. Stay away from here.

Dr. Bibi wasn't taking new patients but when my husband explained to her our situation with our then doctor, she made room for us. She was always helpful and knowledgable

My wife and I went to Dr Bibi with very high expectations when we were expecting our third baby. However, we were utterly disappointed/devastated by her extremely cold and inhumane attitude after a test for down syndrome (which is another useless test and should not even be allowed in Muslim countries like Kuwait) was conducted. The result showed a probability of 1 out of 200. We had no idea how to react to this result and requested the Doc for advice, but she simply told us to get on the plane and go to another country to abort the baby. That was a huge shock to us. My wife and I got on the Internet, did our research and decided to continue as the results of such tests are probabilities and not 100% confirmation. By the Grace of Almighty, after five (extremely tense) months we were blessed with a beautiful, healthy, and extremely naughty baby girl.
