Great Doc! Didn't run for six months. Had PT and saw 3 different Doc's. He examined me, found the reason, an adventicial ITB bursitis and treated it and 2 weeks running again! Thank God for the real Running Doc! He understands runners and running injuries!

Dr. Maharam aka the "Running Doc" is the number one orthopedist for lower-leg injuries!! He has been my personal doctor for 3 years now and I have no complaints! He made me two pairs of custom orthotics with some fancy machine and before long, I was cleared to compete again. He is a must-see!

Great doctor! Had 6 months of shin splints no one could get better. He made custom orthotics using a computer 3-D scanner and taught me stretches. In 3 weeks I was running 20 miles a week pain free. He is Meb's doc for a reason. He really knows runners and spends tons of time with you and always available to answer questions.

Truly the "running doc ". Great diagnostician ! Found him by reading Meb's book; he was the one that healed Meb before he won NYC! I had a foot problem for years and never solved until Dr Maharam diagnosed the problem and made his custom orthotics using that computer scan with his measurements ! To that person who wrote he couldn't run in them and they were for ladies he must be a moron that didn't break them! Professionals fly to see this guy and wear his orthotics ! They cured my problem ! If you want the best you must see this guy ! The " Jimmy Andrews for runners ! "

He is supposed to be the "marathon doc"...I get that. But you need to see through it and realize there is no substance there. He misdiagnosed me. Now that ive spoke about it around town, I realize how many runners he has seen and done the same with. He has a 'deal' with a podiatrist and tells everyone they need orthotics so you go more often. He really seems to like himself and sell himself...lets note, he doesnt even run.

I love this doctor. He is the best! He really knows his stuff, hooks you up with the best rehab folks and specialists if you need surgery. Can't say enough good things about him. He's also a sports fanatic! He loves his work and his patients, and he makes you laugh even when you have a bad injury and are in pain. Great man! Kudos!

By far knows running and running injuries better than anyone! If you have an injury, this guy will find the answer to get you back. The truly is no one like him. Does not take insurance but I got my out of network benefit back promptly from my insurance. If you want the best, sometimes you just have to pay!
