NEVER! Misinformed me about procedure. Was my consult MD at Kent for kidney stones, One in the ureter and 1 in my kidney which was not functioning as it should. Instead of putting in a stent he had me stay in the hospital for pain control and said to see him out pt to put the stent and take care of the stones. At the office I refused just putting in a stent with no stone removal. This was now over 3 weeks of kidney issues. 1 week was waiting for the outpatient procedure. I asked to speak with him and he stood outside the doorway of the nurses office just leaning on the doorjamb to speak with me. I asked if the stent goes in today then what? We make a procedure date to take care of the stones at the hospital. WHAT? I was admitted to the hospital! Seems a bit backwards. Okay to be discharged with Oxy then have a stent apparently. He said they were waiting for the stone to pass. I have been trying that for 2 weeks at this point. His reason for not doing anything.... He had just met me. WHAT?? You were the consult doctor, you "just meet" pretty much everyone. Ridiculous practice all around. Good luck

Dr. Cambio is an excellent doctored. I have no complaints about him

His nursing staff is another issue. They are rude, no compassion for the patient. They look to pass the buck to another dr when the issue you are having has to do with blood in urine cramps only small amounts of urine when you are drinking at least 64 Oz water a day. They are scarastic. They state they told you something and never did. I have a Stent in my kidney and I have stage 4 colarectal cancer. This call to his office several times resulted in them putting me on medication that they didn't even know whether I could take it or not and an over the counter vaginal suppository of Boric Acid. Never called me to come in the office and never bothered to call me with results of urinalysis. It is pretty bad when you have to call a physicians office to get results rather than his nursing staff calling you with the results. And they stated they told me to call my primary care doctor stating there is definitely something wrong.
I will continue with Dr. Cambio due to his putting the Stent in but will never deal with his office staff again.
Please everyone take notice to this review.

Now I have to wait for my primary care dr to call. And delay what should have been done last week

This practice is an insurance farm. Their surgical wing is a direct tie-in to their practice and they're more than happy to cut you open. Also, Dr Cambio may be a fantastic surgeon however his bedside manner and nursing staff are some of the worst I've ever come across. Not willing to answer any questions when asked and when they actually do they speak to you like you're a) inconveniencing them b) like you're a toddler. This practice should not carry the Ivy League name of Brown in any way.

Dr. Cambio is so wonderful! He treats me with compassion and care, explains his assessment clearly, and takes time to explain the treatment plan. The staff at the office are amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Dr Cambrio ruined my life... He ruined my holidays by ignoring my dad's bleeding which turned into stage 4 kidney cancer and my dad died. Dr Angelo Cambrio should be in prison. See you in court you scum bag.

My dad suffered and died because of this bimbo.
My dad has been going to Dr.Cambio since January 2014 because he kept on having blood in his urine.every visit my dad was cancer free march of 2016 no cancer. My dad went to Miriam hospital ER on May 22 2016 and he found
Out that he had stage 4 kidney cancer. My dad stayed in the hospital and rehab only went home for 5 days in July 2016. August 25th,2016 my loving father passed away. I blame Dr.Cambrio for the death of my father. My dad lost a lot of weight and stopped walking because the cancer got into his bone.

I started seeing him when my old urologist stopped taking my insurance. I was a little nervous due to some of the poor ratings his father (whose also a urologist) received). I found Dr. Angelo Cambio to be very kind and thorough. The prostate exam was performed with little discomfort compared to my last urologist. I also had a cystoscopy done, and that was fairly pain free even without anesthesia. For most of my visits, he is generally on time, and I haven't had any problems with the staff at either the West Warwick or Cranston office. I would very much recommend this doctor!
