10 years ago he got a risk to do a first bone marrow transplant in sickle cell anemia. He saved my son's life who is now 11 year old

Given how bad the situation, this experience couldn’t be better. Always there when we needed him, LISTENs when you talk. Remembers my child as her appointments get further apart. Always takes her feelings into consideration even though she is young. Could not have a better person in this position. Thank you!

Dr Cuvelier saved my granddaughters life. He’s extremely knowledgeable and organized. He cares. He responded to frantic phone calls, he came to hospital at night when he wasn’t on call. My daughter (the mom) is young and he never talked down to her or treated her with anything but kindness. He was very reassuring - even in the most stressful times his calmness and always being 2 steps ahead of the cancer made us feel like she was in the very best of hands. And we were right! She’s been 3 years in remission and he sees her every 6 months now. He’s wonderful and the absolute best.

Extremely pleasant. Good communication skills, easy to understand and explains thing in way that a parent can understand. I would trust my child’s life in his hands.

Wonderful doctor, kind and compassionate, answers questions, actually reads the medical history and knows you before you see him.

Could not ask for a better doctor for our daughter. Definitely in the right profession. He has a wonderful way with the children at Cancercare. A very calming demeanor. Always answers questions in a very caring way. A true gem.
