During the time that Dr. Sue was my GP, she tested and then referred me to a specialist that finally resolved a long-standing issue, and also proactively prescribed a procedure that most certainly staved-off a future health complication. Both over the phone and in person, her demeanour was always friendly and patient, and her diagnostic skills excellent. She was always caring and punctual with respect to follow-up and scheduling when necessary. Her expertise will certainly be missed at the clinic!

I have been seeing Dr. Michelle Sue for over two years and I will say that she is the BEST doctor ever. She is always empathetic, respectful, knowledgeable, attentive, efficient , thorough and actually listens to what her patient are saying. She is truly a dedicated and a compassionate healthcare professional who strives to deliver the best possible care to her patients. Dr. Sue provides a great wealth of expertise and a willingness to go the extra mile. She has proven to her patients and her community what a REAL DOCTOR is and should be. I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Sue, as my previous doctor took a position elsewhere. I couldn't be more pleased. There was no wait, she was very thorough, listened to my questions and concerns and provided me clear answers and direction. I feel very happy and lucky to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Sue lacks compassion and the ability to connect interpersonally. She appears disinterested in the patient as a whole and comes across as judgmental and annoyed by questions or any discussion beyond her recommendations. She would not be the doctor for anyone seeking connection, guidance, or reassurance, especially in the face of anything other than perfect health.

Our family used to see Dr. Sue at her old office in Mississauga, and we miss her greatly! She was always very thorough and would always answer any questions we had. She was very knowledgeable, and whenever she didn't know something, she would always refer to great specialists promptly. We miss her and wish she would come back to our area!

I rarely write reviews, but had to this time because of my horrible experience with Dr. Sue. She is the most unfriendly physician I've ever encountered in my entire life. Doesn't put a smile on her face, doesn't greet you or even ask you how you're doing upon entering her office. DO NOT SEE HER! Even worse, don't bring your children to her. I recently had an appointment and was blown away at how cold and uncaring she was. On my way home from my appointment, I immediately starting searching for a new doctor online. That's how horrible my experience was. Never felt this way after a doctor's appointment. She totally lacks empathy! If you can't even display empathy towards your patients, why are you even a doctor?

She is an amazing Doctor! Have been seeing for years, she has seen our 3 kids since birth. When you have a questions she answers she always listens and is absolutely fantastic. We’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and never with newborns. Some of the staff are not always kind at the clinic but she is a really great Doctor.

Very good doctor- she my kids and is v thourough. She ordered tests for me and explained why u needed them- she even saw me yesterday by video during covid!
