You can never get in touch with a receptionist to book an appointment and you can’t leave a voicemail.

Been seeing Dr.Pincock for almost 10 years. He always takes the time to listen and takes your concerns seriously. As for Queen's Family Medicine... that's the downfall. After two years of COVID lockdowns, mostly every GP in the area has some form of electronic service. ei booking appointments, prescription refill etc. Not Queen's Family Medicine.. Instead it takes 3 days of calling to speak to a human being and you're not allowed to leave messages. Haven't been able to get an appointment since the pandemic began, other than the after hours clinic to see a total stranger who knows nothing about my medical history. The phone is also broken so when you're sitting there on hold waiting, it's just silence and the occasional second of local radio music. Listen close though, it's barely loud enough to know the line hasn't disconnected after 5 minutes of waiting... Great doctor, terrible employers...

I've seen him once. The staff twice scheduled me for appointments they didn't know why I was there for once I arrived. You'll be seeing the interns. Disorganized beyond anything I've experienced in a medical environment. Just terrible.

Very nice doctor and definitely takes the time to listen without rushing you away as many doctors seem to do.

I've been seeing Dr. Pincock for 7 years or so now. I've always found him polite, attentive and knowledgeable.

He's always taken the time to answer all my questions as well as make useful self-help options for learning more. My condition gives me a number of quirky, pain-in-the-ass problems that can make me very difficult to deal with. He's been very understanding about some of the limits I have socially and despite the struggles I've had with different medications I always felt comfortable talking with him about it and had no problems getting my medications adjusted or trying something different. He has also shown great trust in letting me use medications that could be used irresponsibly in reasonable moderation when needed. I appreciate that I could probably ask him about trying a medication and we could talk it out and see if it's something that would work. By contrast(apologies for the segway), my girlfriends doctor turned her down for mild sedatives and cbd for anxiety saying that they're narcotics, and being a mother she would have to call CAS if she found out she was using anything like that. I appreciate that Dr. Pincock seems to really care and has given me every which reasonable option to help take care of myself.

Hey seriously though, the wait times suck though. Try and be on time for those appointments please.

I seen Dr. Pincock in December and was very happy with his treatment. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. My sister was also recently in and had him as well and had a very positive experience. We both deal with anxiety and I felt like he was very reassuring.

My daughter attended the Emergency Room at Belleville General Hospital in severe distress with abdominal pain. Dr. Pincock was the attending physican. He failed to meet the Standard of Care that is required and ignored crucial test results in her case that could have led to the appropriate diagnosis. I did file a complaint with CPSO and this review is based on their decision, not just my opinion. My daughter passed way two days later, she was only 32!! If Dr. Pincock had taken the time to investigate the crucial test results as he should have, the cause might have been discovered and treated. If you have any doubt about your treatment, seek a second opinion!!! I do not wish anyone to have to go through the pain I have...

Have been seeing Dr Pincock for several years now. He listens, cares, knowledgeable and supportive. Everything you want in a doctor. Most of the residents over the years have also been very good. If you want to see him and not a resident just say so when booking an appointment. New after hour clinic an asset
