Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Well where do I begin. I hate this place! Waiting time is the longest ever. Even if you get there 15 minutes early you go in an hour later than your appointment time. Then once in the waiting room it's another 45 minutes. Once the dr is in she does everything in a rush. I don't understand why... The waiting area is always empty. Anyways let's not talk about that receptionist. Terrible attitude. Not helpful at all and hangs up when trying to make an appointment. Changing providers ASAP!
