After Bala left, I was sent a letter saying Hensley was my new doctor. Made an appt to get my meds renewed and in walks Jennifer Jersan who is a NP. Don't know who she is and not one single iota about her background. She checked my heart, lungs, pulse and thyroid. Renewed the meds and on my way I went. She is pleasant but so is the lady at the dry cleaners. If we no longer see a doctor, we shouldn't pay for a doctor.
