I am warning all women, PLEASE do not go to Dr. Gross or Kathy Fair! I recently had an endometrial ablation at their Boca office. It should have been a routine procedure. I was given the wrong prescription that I took the night before. Also, I was not given anesthesia as directed by NovaSure. The endometrial lining of my uterus was burned without anesthesia. I can’t describe the pain that I had for approximately 15 hours! I had an immediate fever and vomited within 5 minutes(in the office bathroom) after the procedure due to the intense pain. Dr. Gross never even came back in the room to check on me. I was told he left for lunch. I emailed Kathy’s office telling them I was still in extreme pain. They waited 9 hours to respond. This office is totally inept and negligent.

Love my experience with Kathy and Christian. They make an amazing team. Their team of nurses and staff are also amazing. Felt so welcomed and like a friend to them. I wish i would have found them 5 years sooner for my first birth. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you so much.
