Dr. Swann has been my doctor for several years because she's been professional and caring, always moving towards preventative care. When making appointments for immediate concerns she has kept me encouraged and that is why she is my doctor.
I appreciate her suggestions to KP.ORG's web and telephone appointments.

I did not find this doctor to be knowledgeable. She ignored most of my symptoms and concerns.
