What a disappointing experience. I made an appointment to come in for hair removal laser treatment. On my first visit for consultation with Dr. Rotter, I was in the room with the him for maybe no more than 7 minutes if not less, and was told that my skin color was too dark for their machine to do the procedure. What a load of baloney!
I was forced to pay the consolation fee of $150 just be told that doing hair laser on my skin tone is too risky. I feel so betrayed. They should put a sign on their building that reads "White skin people only".

Dr. Rotter is punctual, professional, and congenial. He explains what will happen, does it, and explains what needs to be done post procedure.
